Since many of our products are made specifically according to the customer's requirements, our return and refund policy is designed accordingly.

1. Customized & Personalized Products

Customized products, including personalized names, customized wall frames, Arabic calligraphy designs, customized acrylic products, and other made-to-order items, cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm all details such as names, spellings, colors, sizes, designs, and other customization requirements before placing an order.

2. Advance / Full Payment

All orders require payment before production and processing. Once payment has been received and the order is confirmed, production may begin.
Because customized products are specially prepared according to the customer's requirements, the payment is generally non-refundable once production has started.

3. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, defective, or different from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For verification, customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the received product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

4. Change or Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation or changes may be requested before production starts. Once the product has entered the production or customization process, cancellation may not be possible.
If a cancellation is accepted before production begins, any applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the order.

5. Incorrect Customer Information

ShahereKhaleej.com is not responsible for mistakes provided by the customer,

including:

• Incorrect customization details
  
• Incorrect delivery address
  
• Failure to provide required order information
  
• Customers are responsible for checking all information before confirming their order.
  

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
