As many of our products are made according to individual customer requirements, the final product may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to screen settings, lighting, material characteristics, or handmade/customized production.

2. Customized Orders

For customized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spellings, sizes, colors, designs, and other customization details.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible.
ShahereKhaleej.com will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Order & Payment

All orders must be paid for before production or processing begins.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to make the required payment according to the order.
An order will be considered confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

4. Order Confirmation

We may contact the customer through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels to confirm order details before production.
If the customer does not provide the required information or confirmation within a reasonable time, the order may be delayed.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price at the time the order is confirmed will generally apply to that order.
Additional charges may apply for special customization, unusual sizes, design changes, or other requirements where applicable.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on product customization, order volume, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

8. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests must be made before production starts.
Once a customized order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible because the product is being prepared specifically for the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
